I have been taking my cars to Toyota Direct for 10 years and I always appreciate the service I get. Bought my car there in 2010. all the service has always been top notch. the managers and employees are honest, respectful and have always done what is best for my car. Based on alleged feedback service rep received from the staff working on my car It was recommended that I replace brakes - however, there was no record of brake issues in paperwork when I checked out, he s staff working on my car It was recommended that I replace brakes - however, there was no record of brake issues in paperwork when I checked out, he set a tentative date for brake job but when I called back to confirm appointment date/time, nothing was actually scheduled. Now I am very leary of "recommended" service as a grab for my $$ More
