The service was very poor. I came in for a routine car maintenance that should not take more than 30/45 minutes. I approached Caleb and he was very apologetic for the poor service. My car needed one more tire (the front left) to be rotated and instead of working on it, the maintenance staff was working on other cars that were there way after I had arrived. As I pulled out. my tire pressure was somehow a lot lower than when I arrived. Caleb came out and helped me figure out the issue. We discovered a massive screw on the inside of my front left tire. No one mentioned it to me after they had just rotated that same tire. This was something that should have been caught but yet, it was not. An overall frustrating and unacceptable experience. More

I had an unsatisfactory interaction with the Toyota Direct service department for the 2nd time in 3 visits. Service agent "Isotau" lied to me about my service history in order to upsell a service not d Direct service department for the 2nd time in 3 visits. Service agent "Isotau" lied to me about my service history in order to upsell a service not due yet for another 3 years. I was skeptical that the service was needed and expressed my doubts. The agent assured me she had been through the entire service history and the service was overdue. I informed her that I kept good records and I would be checking since a previous agent had "burned all your trust points". So she knew she would be caught out and didn't care. Considering this and the previous lying agent "Clifford", I assume that there has been a change in philosophy on how the shop is run. I therefore will not set foot in that shop again. More
I only use the dealer because I purchased the maintenance package. During this visit for an oil change, was quoted $1890 to replace my driver side mirror, which had been sideswiped. I found a YouTube video and Amazon after market part for $130. The dealer's business model will never be for me, it is way too high. I do enjoy the popcorn machine and slushee's, however! More
