Chris Grossman, who I have been going to for years, had to call off the day of my appointment. I was standing at Chris’s desk and Randy so professionally and courteously came and informed me Chris would no to call off the day of my appointment. I was driving the day after my service and used my windshield washer fluid. Immediately after the warning came on that it was low. They are supposed to top off all fluids and tell you you they do.
