Carlos and team went above and beyond. I walked in not knowing which car I wanted, only knowing I wanted an SUV (ideally hybrid) for our growing family and Carlos quickly narrowed it down I walked in not knowing which car I wanted, only knowing I wanted an SUV (ideally hybrid) for our growing family and Carlos quickly narrowed it down to a few options, but advised I check out the 2026 Grand Highlander Hybrid, so we took it for a test drive. It was such a great fit for what I was looking for. Max and Phil Scott also went above and beyond to make sure the trade-in value and finances worked out for our needs. They had all the other nearby dealers beat by far in this regard. I will certainly be recommending Carlos and team to anyone who is in need of a car! More
