Carlos was great! He was friendly and helpful. I went in with a specific car in mind and they had it ready for me to test drive when I arrived. Unlike some of the othe He was friendly and helpful. This has been the most disappointing experience I've ever had. It's been four to five months since I purchased my car, and I'm still waiting for my second remote key. It's almost been half a year! Whenever I reach out to them, they have no idea about the timeline and seem to be avoiding my calls. To make matters worse, the salesperson, Lenny, is impossible to reach. He always goes to voicemail and never returns my calls. I strongly advise against buying from this dealership unless they provide you with the everything immediately. Don't leave any ratings for them even if they ask for it until you've received all your items. More
