I have leased my last 3 out of 4 vehicles with Mike. He is probably the least “ car salesman” personality I have ever encountered. He is professional, kind, non pressure and just a hood guy. The service department is terrible. I believe it is because they are overbooked. I have waited almost 2 hours for an oil change. This is not abnormal. I stay with this dealership because of Mike.
