Jose took the time to show us around the car even though he told him he didn’t have to and when we go in for service he will come find us when he sees our name is in the system... great customer service all around and i love how it feels like a home environment everyone has a good time and isn’t out to pull one over on there customers like some places i’ve heard have done. absolutely love toyota of braintree and i will not be going anymore else anytime soon More

Best customer service! Requested info on the car and in less than 24 hours Ed responded. Our salesman was Shane and he did an outstanding job moving us through the process. We had really grown tired of some of the games at other dealerships ( posting a price $4,000 less than asking....apparently not everyone qualifies for the discount???). There are no games at this dealership. Everyone was reasonable and we were reasonable and so a sale was made. Braintree Toyota is our new car home! More
