Strong Finish I originally went alone and Erwin was awesome. I had just got off the train after a long day at work and decided to stop in. I felt like I was all over the place and not sure what I wanted and he was very patient. Then it came to getting a quote and I must say they gave me no deal. I immediately became frustrated knowing that I'm younger and probably not taken serious. I expressed that I was losing patience and give me final and best so I can go. The sales manager came over and did not shake my hand (In my line of work, a handshake is everything). I took that as him not respecting me and sure enough he immediately started talking to me as if I was stupid. He made it seem like he gave me the deal of a lifetime. When I expressed my frustrations he talked back to me telling me "well if you would just listen". I had a horible expirience from the manager and said I would never go back. My father urged me to go back and he went on his own and got a much better deal than I did. Therefore I decided to get my car from here after not having to deal with the original manager. My expirience was amazing. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I was waiting for my inspection sticker as it was the last thing before I could take my car. I had to leave for work immediately after and Erwin kept checking in on my car to make sure I wasn't late. I honestly lost track of time and was not paying attention so it was nice that he did it for me. The deal was done but he kept up his customer service and was very genuine. Therefore because of Erwin I would go back and do it again. I was also 20 minutes EARLY for work ;) Thank you to the whole team! (with the exception of the manager- he needs to be taught good customer service). More
