Awesome, as always!! I am a full time college student and next semester I will be commuting to school, so it was time to purchase a car. My mom had a great experience purchasing her Camry , so without hesitation my parents decided it would be best to purchase from Toyota of Braintree again. On 7/3/16 my family and I went to Toyota of Braintree to purchase my first car! This being my families second time purchasing from there we hoped my experience would be as good as my moms......and it was! From the second we walked in the environment was very relaxed. No one was jumping in our faces and asking questions. We had an idea of what we were looking for, so we walked around the lot for some time and just looked. when we found what we were looking for we met Ron. We narrowed down the decision to two cars. The first one we looked at was the RAV4 (used). Ron told us all about the car and its features. I wanted to take the car for a test and drive and it was no problem. Ron copied my license and i was ready to go. After driving around in the RAV4 I felt like the car was to low to the ground ( I am used to driving my dads large suv). We told Ron how we felt and he understood. My dad requested that he give us some time to just look around again. After looking around again we found a 2010 highlander in fantastic condition. Ron told us that the vehicle just came in and probably wouldn't be here for long because it was such a good price and in great condition. He told us about the car, its features and how it differs from the RAV4. I took the highlander for a test drive and loved it. We then started the purchasing process. The process was simple, and stress free all thanks to Ron. My dad put in an offer and it was accepted right away. Ron got us the paperwork to sign and we were all set. Ron informed us even though the registry at Toyota was going to be extremely busy on Tuesday because of the fourth, he would make my car a priority and it would be ready by six. He also let me know he was going to have the car cleaned one more time, so it would be perfect. When I got there tuesday it was ready right at six and he had a surprise. Ron made me an extra copy of my key and included a remote that locks, unlocks, and opens the trunk. Ron went over how to work the controls in the car and the location of important papers and then I was off. My experience of buying my first car was so simple and relaxed all thanks to Ron. He went above and beyond to accommodate me! My family will definitely be back soon! More

I'd get told that a certain price is only good for today (so I'd better hurry up and just buy it already), or other stuff like that. I don't know if this experience was better because 8 years have past since I last bought a car, that I'm buying used rather than new a this time, Toyota vs Honda, this particular dealership, our specific sales person, or the fact that we came in with a very specific model, year, and price we were willing to pay based on online research. But whatever it was, everything was pretty good. We even got treated to lunch in their cafe. My only negatIves were the sheer number of pieces of paper we had to sign, the slight pressure to buy an extended warranty (sorry guys, but part of what I'm shopping certain brands for is reliability), and the fact that to get the free oil changes and service in the first year we have to go to that location which is out of our way. More

Hard to find a car salesman like this!! My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Highlander. All we kept hearing from Bob was "whatever you want guys, I'm here for you". Other than not gettin My wife and I recently purchased a 2016 Highlander. All we kept hearing from Bob was "whatever you want guys, I'm here for you". Other than not getting the car for 20k dollars ( totally unrealistic) Bob delivered on his word. We arrived at Tufankjian after visiting another big name dealership. We told Bob we knew exactly what we wanted and gave him a price to match or beat. He delivered on that as well. He is knowledgable about what he is selling, and extremely thorough. He treated us like family (maybe even better) and gained our respect for the dealership. We would recommend anybody to go see Bob for a new vehicle purchase. More

Great Experience with Elvis, "the King" of Selling Cars. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a used 4Runner so stopped into Toyota of Braintree after work on a Tuesday evening. We were allowed to wa My wife and I were interested in purchasing a used 4Runner so stopped into Toyota of Braintree after work on a Tuesday evening. We were allowed to walk around and check out some of their inventory before anyone came out to say hello (which was much appreciated...). Elvis came out after a few minutes and was extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. He explained all about the differences between a few different 4Runners we were looking at and took us out on a few different test drives. My wife and I never felt any pressure to "talk numbers" or "get us into a new vehicle TODAY!" It was just an honest conversation about purchasing a car. After speaking with Elvis and getting the number to a comfortable spot, we dealt with Walace, who is the finance guy at the dealership. He was equally professional, nice, friendly, and funny. Just an overall GREAT experience from start to finish. Would highly recommend this dealership and Elvis specifically. More
