This past week I met with sales representative Benson Onwuamaebu to discuss my new vehicle choices. While there, dealership owner Charles Tufankjian and his son Greg welcomed me and offered their assistance. I was totally impressed. I had many questions about my future purchase and Benson was extremely knowledgeable with respect to the vehicle I was interested in and the assortment of options available. From past sales experiences at Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree I've been introduced to Sales representative Carlos Ortega. Mr Ortega spent well over an hour searching through the vast Toyota inventory in my area for a vehicle that matched my choices. I greatly appreciated his willingness to do whatever he could to satisfy me. Something you don't see in a lot of places. I sat down with both Benson and Mr Ortega and together we finalized my deal. It was quick, honest, and pleasant. Yes my purchase experience was pleasant. I've said this before and I'll say it again. First vechile purchase I first visited Toyota of Braintree to just see what my options were for a used car, as I never purchased a car before. When I entered Joey approached I first visited Toyota of Braintree to just see what my options were for a used car, as I never purchased a car before. When I entered Joey approached me and was very professional. He was able to provide guidance as he realized where I was in the car purchasing process. Joey was insightful and provide me with general overview of various vechiles to establish what vechile was best for me. He then provided details on the differences between the different corolla models. Joey is a no pressure person. I returned later in the week and Joey was off and was assisted by Fred. Fred was just as helpful as Joey. He made the test drive informative and easy experience. He was open and honest about the vechile, the Carfax was provided and clean, not accidents, but the car did have character and I didn't mind it. Fred was sure not to promise anything he could not deliver and did everything he could to make me a happy car buyer. This is particularly true during finalizing my purchase. Bill helped with available options I could put on the vehicle. He made the process simple and easy. Additionally he explained how the dealer was going to provide me with some complementary car services and arranged my for my first appointment of three free oil changes. Wallace helped me navigate the options for financing and warranty options. He was very understanding of my financial position and what I need. Bob handled finalizing the paperwork when I arrived to pickup my car. He made the process easy and made sure the nuances of the purchase were transparent. A great help. I would definitely be returning and would recommend them and this dealer to anyone purchasing a vechile. Everyone involved in my car purchasing experience were genuinely nice and want to help! More

Serendipity At the first walk in the door, at 5:30pm on a Saturday when they close at 6, we had nothing but smiling faces from every one left in the showroom! We have bought a few cars/trucks from the Tufankjian family over the years and so far this experience tops them all!! Tony Gribaudo deserves 10+ stars not just the 5 it allows!! He was very patient and NEVER pressured us to make a quick decision because it was closing time!! After finally making a decision, an hour later, then settled on the perfect price we could agree on, even knowing his dinner was probably getting cold a home and his cute little dog was waiting to play, Tony still offered to stay another half hour to 45 minutes to finalize the financial paperwork and complete the transactions!! With the help of Mr Harish Ahuja of course!! Great job done! We will Never buy a Toyota from anyone else! The cars speak for themselves, however it shows on the employees faces what a great place Toyota of Braintree is!! I love my RAV4!! More

I was assisted by Elizandra, who helped me pick out a beautiful 2016 Corolla. She was super friendly, always had a smile on her face, and knew exactly how to help me in my search for a new car. Arthur, from the finance department, helped me finalize all of my paperwork and made everything very easy, and stress free. On the day I came back to pick up my car, Elizandra was a little busy with other clients so Fausto stepped in and helped explain all the features of my new car. Lastly, Kenny came over and verified all of the new information and made sure that I was attended to properly.
