Would never go anywhere else for a car! I have leased through Toyota of Braintree and most recently bought a car. I would never go anywhere else! Bob both leased my car and helped me buy, but my experience with everyone at the dealership was great. I came back 3-4 times to ask various questions about cars, going on multiple test drives. When Bob was out Joey stepped right in and answered all my questions. Edward was always there to explain the technical side to me and help me understand my options. I even changed my mind a number of times, moving from wanting a used car to a new one, but Bob never made me feel like I was taking too much of his time. The financing team was great and made sure to explain everything to me. Bob sat in my new car for almost a half an hour explaining everything and answering all my questions. He even offered to explain all the technical things to my fiancé when he could come in. I was so ecstatic about my service at Toyota of Braintree that I had to give Bob a big hug when I picked up my new car. Bob is so great at developing relationships with his clients I would never go to anyone else. Bob is my car guy! More

Great experience My husband and I had a great experience at Toyota of Braintree. When we stopped in we were introduced to Elvis Pires immediately. We told him that we had no intention of buying on that day but he still took the time to help us and answered our questions. We told him what we originally wanted, but we decided that vehicle was not a good fit for us so Elvis started the process again trying to find us the perfect car for our needs. We knew we wanted a Toyota because we had owned one previously and because of the Toyota reputation - even on the Certified pre-owned. Elvis found us a 2012 Certified pre-owned Camry that had everything we wanted. Again, he did all this knowing he was not getting a sale that day, but that didn't deter him or dampen his helpfulness. Of course we did ultimately buy that car on that day. We also worked with Arthur Martel in finance and he was just as kind and helpful. Arthur worked hard to get us a good rate and decent monthly payments. Overall, this was a great experience. More

Eric was my initial contact, and helped with my questions. He must have felt my vibe, because he led me right to Sunny. Being a Real Estate associate, I know the bad rap a sales person can get. I don't sell houses, I try to build relationships. Sunny is an EXCEPTIONAL sales person and truly made me feel comfortable. He was very informative and professional. It is obvious his goals are not to sell cars, but to build relationships with his customers! My kind of guy.....a true keeper.
