Pleasantly surprised buying experience! In the past, buying another car was dreaded as much or more than moving my residence. I hated having to negotiate the price, did not look forward to In the past, buying another car was dreaded as much or more than moving my residence. I hated having to negotiate the price, did not look forward to encounters with salespeople or, having to figure-out & choose which car fit my budget, travel needs and had the reliability one could rely upon. This past Thurs, Tufankjian Toyota of Braintree has changed all of this for me and my husband. My salesman:Erwin Amboy is patient, knowledgeable, dedicated & hardworking employee. He also is a genuine and amiable person; not your usual car salesman! I also was given a decent & fair payment for my trade-in; also unusual. While I won't give a "blow-by-blow" in detail, how my car selecting & purchase experience unfolded in every way - just know that I still am in awe that each step of the car purchase was relaxed, informative, thoughtful, no anxiety what so ever - straightforward (no haggling, no pressure!!) I now am driving a 2010 Toyota Matrix which did not cost "an arm & a leg" or continues to give me nightmares. I have purchased numerous cars since my college-days, and never do I remember it to be a pleasant experience. Until now that is. Also, the other employees were thoughtful and helpful with my purchase: Arthur Martel especially came up with some financial options and suggestions which helped me decide the best way to afford the car of my choice. Car buying made simple. I was very worried about needing to purchase a new vehicle and being scammed into getting something that I was not 100% sure about. I purchased a certified used vehicle the first time and he made sure I knew what I was doing why I was doing it and how everything was going to work. You have to think about a lot when purchasing a vehicle and having someone so knowledgeable and committed to getting you the best deal makes you feel 100% about your purchase which is what I wanted. Which is why when I had questions about switching to a newer model car and leasing instead of financing bob was there already knowing the main things that I was curious about. The hassle was taken out and I was giving the best deal possible by bob and a team of professionals that really care about you leaving there happy and not bankrupt. I would advise anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to make an appointment with bob, hassle free car buying with someone who really wants to help, can you get any better than that? More

Toyota of Braintree was the only place I was treated as an individual capable of making my own decisions. They were not pushy and were very upfront regarding pricing. Sunny was my main contact and he was incredibly nice, hard-working, and responsive. He was very conscious of my needs and time. He also readily picked me up from the T station to get to the dealership, which made it extremely convenient.
