In a society that has become increasingly competitive and less kind, Bob stood out as someone truly grateful for getting our business. He was not overly aggressive but aggressive enough, he had absolute knowledge of all features of the cars we were looking at and never once did we feel as though he had someone else to see. The whole experience was seamless from Bob selling us the car, Kevin Chicoine making the deal and Walace putting together all our financial paperwork.
