Fred spent over 3 hours talking to us, letting both my wife and I take separate test drives (we had an infant with us), and showing us their entire stock of new and used Highlanders. We though about taking Fred's price to other dealers, but in the end, it didn't feel right to use Fred's price for leverage. He worked hard and well. The best thing I can say about Fred is that he didn't just make us want to buy the car; he made us want to buy it from him. More
