Dealership was clean, staff responsive. victor initially told me no 2011s but we found out the model I was looking at was a 2011. The manager also remembered me when I came back to pick up my new car, he clearly understands customer service. Kenny was very pleasant, and made my first car buying experience an amazing one. I was very nervous taking on this endeavor on my own, but Kenny was there to help me along the entire way. The whole team was very committed to me leaving with the car, even though it wasn't likely when I walked in, as my credit was very limited. Also, as a first-time car owner, Kenny went through each and every button and knob in the car with me, explaining what everything was and when I might use it. He even helped me program my radio stations and set up my gps, which I had brought from home. I was very nervous about buying my first car, but, with Kenny, I felt very supported throughout the entire endeavor. I never imagined I'd be driving home in a car that's mine anytime soon, especially the same day it was purchased. However, everyone worked hard to get everything set up for me so that I could drive my car home and not have to walk to the train station. I am very appreciative. I drove to this dealership to get an idea of price and what kind of toyota I might be able to finance. My current ford could not get a sticker due to an emmissons problem. I left the dealership with a 2009 Toyota Camry for 20k financed, including a maintenance package good for the life of the loan. Many extras no charge. As for car shopping experience I would say this was about as pleasant as one would hope for. Walking into this dealership the first thing you notice is how big it is. One side is were you wait for your vehicle to be worked on and it has a nice sitting area with a large screen tv for your viewing and next to that is a lounge area were you can order food and sit in a cafe style area and enjoy your food. As for the staff you would be pleasantly surprised how friendly everyone is. My sales person was Sunny Ahuja and he was very professional.I had a list of reqirements for a vehicle I wanted and he was able to meet everyone. Durring the car buying process I felt as if I was talking to a friend instead of a sales person. I know if I ever need help in the future there is someone at the dealership I can trust and count on .
