The staff at Tufankjian were second to none. They gave you a very comfortable feeling when you walked in and were never overbearing. Bob explained every detail and answered every question we had on the Toyota RAV4, including which amenitites were needed and which ones were not. We really got the feeling that his goal was to sell us the car that made the most sense for us and not the one that was going to give him the highest commission. Bob explained that the service department always takes care of every vehicle that leaves their lot. Even though my wife and I own the car, Bob made us feel that they still have a mutual interest and responsibility in the vehicle. Again, that made us feel very comfortable and confident that we were going to be taken care of and that we were not just another buyer and/or number. Finally, Walace explained all the financing in detail and in laymen terms. He presented all costs and did so in a way that I actually understood what it all meant. My wife and I look forward to working with Tufankjian Toyota in the many years to come and we would recommend them to anybody. More
I was due for a new toyota, as I had over 234,000 on my 2000 Camry. I was very interested in a new or used RAV4. As I wasn't sure if I wanted a certified used or a new vehicle, Kenny helped me with the decision making process. I knew I wanted a RAV4, and Kenny was able to educate me on the different models and the details on each one. Marc was also very helpful with some of the financing options. With some Toyota financing incentives, I chose a brand new RAV4. Walace was very helpful and enjoyable to work with regarding the finance paperwork. Brian helped with the removal of my stickers from my old car which was great. I was suprised at how easy the process was. The Team was very friendly and comfortable to work with. I am thrilled with my RAV4 and plan to bring the car back for regular service. I would recommend this dealership for the car purchasing experience I had. More

I love my new rav4! It has all of the features I was looking for and the price was excellent. I came from nyc to pick up my car and did a lot of talking over the phone with this dealership. Desparate to replace my eight-year old car, I visited Tufankjian after hours when I knew I could browse without talikng with sales rep. Then reluctantly visited the sales dept. last week. What a surprise, Andy was great! He was patient and direct. Jessica was also a pleasure to deal with, efficient and prfessional. I purchased a used Rav4, at the price I expected and received a fair price for my trade-in. Unlike previous car-buying experiences, I did not leave the dealership feeling sick to my stomach, wondering if I had paid too much or been taken advantage of. More

I have to admit, I did not even need a new car- I just wanted one. A friend of mine bought a new Toyota Venza from Tufankjian last weekend and suggested I check it out. I was amazed out how wonderful the entire experience was. The dealership itself if sparkling clean, exceptionally well-organized, and the staff is beyond friendly. The indoor showroom was very impressive and the selection was huge. Brian Mcgrath came highly recommended and certainly lived up to my expecations. He was friendly, informative, and a true pleasure to work with. He was beyond thorough, and I will send all of my friends and family to see him directly in the future. I cannot praise my experience with Tufankjian enough-and although I am in love with my 2010 Highlander, I am already looking forward to dealing with them again in the future. More

I arrived having done research about the price I should pay for the new car and receive for my trade-in. I also had an internet quote from another dealer that was considerably below what both KBB and Edmu pay for the new car and receive for my trade-in. I also had an internet quote from another dealer that was considerably below what both KBB and Edmunds said to expect to pay for a new car. Kenny was friendly and when I showed him the dealer quote quickly checked it and came back and essentially matched it. I wanted to separate the price for the new car and the value of my trade. He next had my trade-in appraised and it also exceeded what I had expected to get. It was above the KBB, and although it wasn't quite as high as the Edmunds value, since most dealers seem to use KBB for trade-ins I was quite satisfied. The business manager, John Celesk, was very personable and told me about several additional services I could buy, but put no pressure on me. I bought an alarm system, but declined the others. This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. Usually despite my research I pay more for the car than I expected and get less for my trade-in, so it was a pleasure to have the opposite happen. More
