Toyota of Brookfield is proud to be a part of the Ed Napleton Automotive Group - a growing organization with more than 74 franchises in seven states. Ed Napleton is a third-generation auto dealer. He began his career as a kid sweeping the floors at the dealership owned by his father and grandfather. He moved up the ranks serving as a service technician, salesperson, finance manager, and eventually as a general manager. At just 23 years of age, Ed became the youngest car dealer in the United States when he was awarded a Pontiac dealership in Blue Island, Illinois.
Toyota of Brookfield proudly supports our local community through charitable donations. We have a spectacular selection of new Toyota cars, including the most popular Toyota models like the Toyota Corolla, Toyota Camry, Toyota Highlander, and Toyota RAV4. Our inventory manager can help you find you anything we may not have in stock. We thoroughly inspect all of our used cars before putting them on the lot and even offer an option on our website for you to message the technician that performed the safety inspection with any questions you might have about the vehicle.
Toyota of Brookfield has a large service department with 50 service bays to get you in and out as quickly as possible, while not cutting any corners. We have the largest amount of Certified, Master Certified, and Master Diagnostic Technicians in the area. There is no problem we can't figure out. Our finance department is second to none. We work with a large variety of banks to give you the most options to get financing for the car of your dreams.
Employment at Toyota of Brookfield is like no other dealership. We really cultivate a certain way of dealing with our customers. We start our salespeople out with several months of training and assign them a mentor to help them get up to speed. When they do encounter a customer, they know what to do and how to get the answers to any questions they may not know. This creates an atmosphere where our customers can feel safe and not pressured to do anything they don't want to do. Because of the culture we have created here, we have many salespeople, managers, and technicians that have been with us for over 10 years, some over 30 years. I stopped in at the Brookfield dealership after speaking to Tarren the day before on the phone asking him about coming in for someone to look at my two scratches on my car. He said just to stop in. Kudos to Kyle for greeting and helping me as he said he would get the night time service manager, Ryan, to take a look at the scratches. Ryan looked at them and said he could do his best to buff them out at no charge and that they wouldn't be 100% gone (one was a little deeper than the other) but they would look better. He buffed them both out pretty well and made my doors look great. I appreciate Ryan for doing this and I am even more grateful to Kyle even more. During my visit, he was very personable, friendly, professional and very accommodating. GOLD stars for him. I am thankful for the service I received and will be back for future service....asking for Kyle, of course. More

Although Josh Dale is shown on this site as an employee of the Service Department, he has since become an automotive sales consultant. We were fortunate enough to deal with him on the purchase of our new of the Service Department, he has since become an automotive sales consultant. We were fortunate enough to deal with him on the purchase of our new RAV 4. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. He was able to answer any questions we had. He was polite and respectful at all times and didn’t rush us in making a decision on the purchase. . Even after the sale was completed, he offered to let us contact him if we had any questions about the vehicle. You can’t go wrong when you deal with Josh!! More

Daniel Erickson expedited a non appointment emergency repair on a vehicle used by a family member for their out of state travel. Due to this prompt repair all family members were able to attend the Brewe repair on a vehicle used by a family member for their out of state travel. Due to this prompt repair all family members were able to attend the Brewers baseball game that evening!! Again, I want to thank the entire staff of this dealer for their “emergency effort “ !! More
