We made our deal completely online. Doug was fantastic!!! He made the entire experience very positive!! He gave us a phenomenal deal without having to haggle. He even got us a great deal on our trade in. He saved us a lot of time with offering us to sign all paperwork electronically. Our finance guy Tate, was also fantastic. He explained all of our options without being pushy. When we arrived at the dealership, Carlos was waiting for us at the front desk. He took us out to the garage to show us our car. He even drove our trade in around the corner for us to get all of our car seats out. He took our family picture in front of the new car. He was great and so nice!! He even engaged in small talk with our kiddos (and our kids can talk..lol). We finished up our paper work with Javier. He was great and also engaged in small talk with our kiddos. We only had a few papers to sign, since we did everything else online. Javier printed all of our paperwork so we could have a hard copy. Sammy gave us a brief overview of the car and got the phones hooked up to the car. He was so nice and polite. He too engaged with the kids and was great!!
