2015 Highlander Hybrid First Service I have three Toyota's (2003 4Runner, 2012 Prius V, 2015 Highlander Hybrid) that all get serviced here. I called on Monday after Thanksgiving asking for an appointment on Tuesday morning. The Service Advisor turned the key and said 'battery' and I said, "No, I just got a new battery." He said they would check it out. A short time later he came for me and they had replaced the battery which was under warranty at no charge. Toyota of Cleveland takes very good care of my Matrix and I am a happy Toyota owner. More
