This is my 4th or 5th car I have purchased from them and as always the folks were very friendly and service was spot on! I really can not say enough by their well run operation. I will also add that Roger Thompson, the salesman who assisted me, was excellent and very attentive in explaining all the cars features. Can't go wrong shopping from these folks nor with buying a Toyota ... per my experience of having owned two Land Cruisers, two 4Runners., one Sequoia, and one Prius. Marvin More

When we arrived, she introduced us to Tyler and said he would be taking care of us. Tyler was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He walked us through the whole process and then dropped us off with Karen to finish the financial process. Since the Scion was Certified, she helped us choose the warranty plan that made the most sense for us while keeping our payment as low as possible. Upon completing the finance paperwork, Karen called for Tyler to come back and he walked us to the vehicle. He went over some last minute pointers about the xb and told us if we had any further questions, to feel free to call him. This was an overall enjoyable experience, and we would definitely recommend anyone to go to Toyota of Cleveland to get a vehicle, be it new or used. More

Lee was very helpful in all aspects of purchasing a car especially when one came with lots of bells and whistles. Lee spent a good hour with us demonstrating all the features of this car on the day we test drove our vehicle. The day we picked up our car, he spent another hour programing the data transfer from my phone along with setting up the GPS system. He reviewed the Audio, phone, GPS and all the extras with this auto. We would highly recommend Lee if you are considering purchasing a new Toyota. Thanks Lee for your help. I can't forget to mention Karen Baird. Karen did all the paper work for this purchase. She is delightful, experienced and very knowledgeable of her job. Great job and enjoyed meeting you. More
Service Center needs help. Bought my 2011 Prius new at this dealership. I did all of my correspondence with Chuck Taylor before ever arriving at the dealership. He was great! This was after the earthquake and tsunami in Japan so getting your hands on a Prius was hard. He let us test drive his. He patiently and completely answered my numerous questions over the course of several weeks. When I finally went to buy my Prius, we were informed that he no longer worked there so I purchased my car through another salesman, who's name I cannot remember. I love my car, but I have despised taking it in for oil and tire service. Was almost happy when the free services ran out and I didn't have to wait two hours for an oil change. The service men (the woman who rings you up is very friendly) are uninformative and lack friendly attitudes. I was once in an "office" asking a question when the man yelled to one of the younger guys and proceeded to talk very loudly and in an angered tone about something the younger guy failed to do. Very unprofessional. I have also voiced my concern over the breaks in my car several times as they are noisy and will sometimes "slip" in certain circumstances. I was told everything looked fine. But I doubt they even checked because they also stated that my wiper fluid was fine when in fact it was completely empty. If they won't take time to check something as simple as the wiper fluid, why would they check the breaks or other fluids that are harder to access?! At one point my husband and I had an appointment to test drive two cars. Upon arrival we informed the approaching salesman that we had an appointment, he disappeared never to return. The second person to help us somehow got the idea that we could not afford the car we wanted to test so he led us out to the used car lot and was about to leave us there! I asked if we could come inside and get the keys to test drive the car we wanted; he rolled his eyes and took us back inside where he passed us off to another salesman. Long nightmare short, we only got to test drive one of the cars, after which we felt severely pressured by the crank who rode along with us that we told him we had to think about it (really just wanted away from this guy), and in a smart*ss tone he said "you won't be back" and I said, "you're probably right!" I no longer refer people to this dealer. I advise them to go elsewhere. I love my Prius and Toyotas, but not this dealer. More
