Roger Thompson was the only salesperson I talked to from any dealership that I didn't catch trying to fool me in some way or another. Straight out of the gate, he offered me a better price than what I had been able to talk the competition down to on the same car. Then, he gave me more for my trade than I was able to talk the competition into. All this without him even knowing what the competition was offering. Even after the sale was made, he has continued to demonstrate excellent customer service. More

We talked to 5 people at this dealership on the phone and in person about an Internet vehicle they had advertised We had a VERY poor sales experience. We talked to 5 people at this dealership on the phone and in person about an Internet vehicle they had advertised. Person #1 did not know any vehicle detailed info. Person #2 was off work and did not leave a followup. Person #3 Did not know if the vehicle would be on the lot when we arrived 3 days later. Person #4 Walked up when we arrived and was not expecting us even though we had an appt. There were no keys found/vehicle not washed/bad tires/poor condition. Person #5 Talked to us about a new vehicle because we were unhappy with the Internet vehicle. We agreed on price minus trade in and signed one paper. Person #6 Sales manager came out and added $2000. Then lowered the value of our trade in also by $2000 --said something was wrong with it. He made a rude remark because we were unhappy. We were followed the entire time by other sales people with nothing to do. We left and will never go back or recommend this dealer to anyone. Go somewhere else. We did and made a happier deal later that afternoon with another dealership ! More
