In and out In less than 30 min flat! Brad Doty met us at the door as soon as we hand negotiated a price over the phone on a used Toyota FJ that we had drove the day before. They didn't have the 4runner in the color scheme that I wanted on their lot, but he didn't try to push a different vehicle in stock, he got on the phone and found exactly the 4runner I wanted. I went the next day to finalize the paperwork and drove it home. I LOVE my new 4runner. It's the nicest car I've ever owned. I'm ecstatic with my purchase! It rides like a dream! It was a relatively fast car-buying experience. I've spent ALL DAY LONG at other dealerships trying to buy a car. I spend probably 3 hours total over both days at Toyota of Cleveland, which is a small amount of time compared with previous purchases I've made over the years. I will highly recommend Toyota of Cleveland to all of my friends, and if I ever decide to buy another car, Toyota of Cleveland will get my repeat business. I haven't had any experience with the service department, as my car is brand new, but I will give another review when I get to see the service department for my first 5000 mile service. More
