I went to Toyota of Cleveland because Roger Thompson was there. I bought a vehicle about nine years ago from him at a dealer Roger worked for who is now closed. I knew he was at Toyota of Cleveland, and I a there. I bought a vehicle about nine years ago from him at a dealer Roger worked for who is now closed. I knew he was at Toyota of Cleveland, and I also knew him to be a very honest, kind man. I had looked at a few used lots, and had looked at both new and used vehicles on this site. When I arrived I asked for Roger. He explained all my options on both used and new cars. He even told me things I didn't think of after all my research, lol. Roger was as kind as ever, and I always felt like I could at any time say I will think about this and get back to you. I am not one to make quick decisions. Roger found me a brand new, adorable Toyota Corolla at a great price. He explained all the Toyota warranties, extra maintenance, and free car wash. How could I not take it home that day!? Roger and Karen stayed over with me to complete the process. They were both very patient, and extremely nice. This was, again, such a pleasant experience. I have never once regretted my decision. As long as Roger is at Toyota of Cleveland, I will never go anywhere else! More
