I have bought 2 cars from this dealership. Recently, I had visited another dealership with a Costco deal. Their price was good on the car but they low-balled me on the price of the trade-in. You can't believe how quick the process was. I really appreciated that they respected my time. It was refreshing not to be jerked around buying a car. I will be a repeat customer with their dealership. Also, their service is phenomenal. I used their service for 7 years. They were always on time and always delivered exactly what they said they would do. And i live 45 minutes away with another dealership that is closer! Extremely well run business! More

The repair was too expensive to justify, as the Prius had over 300,000 miles on it, so we were "hooked up" with Carlos in Sales. I honestly didn't think we would qualify for a car loan we coud live with as we had a recent bankruptcy, but Carlos and Jeff (in Finance) worked hard on our behalf to put us in a new Scion at an unbelievably low rate. When we left, it wasn't just handshaking, but hugs all around. To be honest, I even contacted my former dealer in Marianna, Fl, whom I have trusted for seven years, and they were able to recommend the Cleveland dealership, their integrity, the validity of the Prius diagnosis, and the quality of the Scion. It is so wonderful being new in an area to begin a new business relationship that will be valuable to us over the long-term. We are so happy we found Toyota of Cleveland! More
