2010 Prius broke down in the area due to disconnected intake manifold hoses. Cleveland Service dept was responsive to help get us back on the road, but they did not discover the root cause of the vacuum intake manifold hoses. Cleveland Service dept was responsive to help get us back on the road, but they did not discover the root cause of the vacuum hose problem. So 200+ miles later our Prius engine stopped working again right off interstate 75. We lost another day of travel and the added costs. The second Toyota dealer then did more research and discovered a related TSB that Cleveland Toyota did not uncover, and we had replaced a purge valve canister. Green's Toyota in Lexington did solve the problem. We wish our first visit to Toyota of Cleveland had figured it out with our first breakdown. More

Toyota done a good job as normal, but I wished the price for service was a little less expensive due to pandemic time since everything costs twice as much as it use to cost before pandemic. Cameron and Jeremy Thomas in the service department were very helpful to me without any obligation to do so. A local auto shop was trying to drastically inflate their labor time for work on my vehicle, so very helpful to me without any obligation to do so.
