Went to the dealership to look at a vehicle on Saturday afternoon and drove it home that afternoon. The buying process was uneventful. Due to the inventory shortage there were no dealer incentives, offers, afternoon and drove it home that afternoon. The buying process was uneventful. Due to the inventory shortage there were no dealer incentives, offers, or deals to be made. The delivery department was very busy that afternoon (delivery guy frequently checked his watch). My phone wouldn’t attach to CarPlay so I wasn’t shown how to use the media system. Deliveries of other vehicles we bought at this dealership have been much better. More

Love going to dealer for service but Emily needs more training in customer service, just felt she was just trying to get rid of me sometimes just with a smile and empathy would be good and when addressin training in customer service, just felt she was just trying to get rid of me sometimes just with a smile and empathy would be good and when addressing my concerns she just said that I would need to make an appointment for an inspection and while paying my bill I asked again about the inspection she raised HR voice to me U purchased my car with your dealer and have spoken very highly about your customer service maybe it was just with me hope it does not happen to any one else if I do go back for service I really don’t want her to help me.
