I had no stress buying my car. Tim was relaxed, knowledgeable, respectful, open and honest, and easy to work with. First time buying a Toyota and I certainly didn’t feel very welcoming. Everything was super basic, they didn’t give me any type of offer or promotion or even offer a bottle of water. Also ran my credit th very welcoming. Everything was super basic, they didn’t give me any type of offer or promotion or even offer a bottle of water. Also ran my credit three times leaving 3 inquires. The first one they said was supposed to be soft pull but they messed that up as well, I see a hard pull on my credit report. Extremely Disappointing! More
