There was an utter breakdown in communication. Things were not said on a previous meeting that resulted in lots of confusion and an end result that was not satisfactory. No one's seemed to be willing to do anything other than say I'm sorry but here are the 2 options. Both being not acceptable. I ended up going with option B because I wanted to be done with the dealership and just gone from there. Will not be recommending this dealer. More

Could do better. Feel like I always have issues with my car leaving Toyota after services are done with my car. I’m not sure why it always takes so long to get my car. If you know I’m on my way, why don’t you pull it up if it’s going to take you 20 mins to get it.
