Quality job I called Toyota with issue of slow leak on tire, as I had bought new ones there a year ago. Outstanding experience with new car purchase We worked with Dan Murray on our car purchase. He was very helpful and mindful of what we were looking for in our new car. We also looked at two other dealerships but they did not compare to our working with Dan. So we came back! The entire purchase process was very streamlined and efficient. Dan was aware of our tight availability and worked to get everything in place so we could be out the door with our new car. We worked with Marcy Davis for our financing and have never had such a fantastic experience working through financing. When we have to replace our other car we will be coming back to Toyota of Des Moines. More

When I arrive at the dealership arrival area yo TOYOTA of Des Moines has continually preformed great service on my vehicle,a 2014 Toyota Land Cruiser. When I arrive at the dealership arrival area you service consultant meets me with a smile . He has the service order in hand and goes over it with me and also asks if there’s anything else I would like them to look at. The service is finished within the estimated time a majority of time. When the service is complete my service consultant, Justin Madison goes over what was done and if he saw anything else while the service was being done.. I leave a satisfied customer. More
