I've bought 2 vehicles from Toyota DM. I've bought a car in the new lot and a car in the used lot. both times I worked withh Sai Khoundara (no longer there) he was great! made my experience worth. i recen in the new lot and a car in the used lot. both times I worked withh Sai Khoundara (no longer there) he was great! made my experience worth. i recently went there and worked with Tom Hugley. i've never felt so disrespected in my experience with a sales person. Customer Service was awful, just horrible. and he told me that he would contact me Monday after I had test drove a car and wanted to see if I could finance thru Toyota DM, I went in on a Saturday, so i waited Monday and I called 4 different times. I left voice mails and never got a return phone for either of them and when I did talk to Tom he said he'd give me a call back. but never did!! I am so disappointed in Toyota DM. IT WAS NOT ABOUT THE FINANCING. IT WAS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had a great experience the previous 2 times but this time around was not the greatest. More

We went into Toyota of Des Moines just thinking we would take a look at what they had to offer and talk about possibly leasing a car. We were very lucky to be helped by Steve Bunce. This is our second Prius from Toyota of DSM and the second time we dealt with William Godwin. We trust him to be honest with us. We have always had great experiences with the service dept and great d second time we dealt with William Godwin. We trust him to be honest with us. After getting home with our new Prius we aren't 100% sure we got the best price for our older Prius which is why we ranked it a "4". We've crunched the numbers at home and think we could have done better. More

I was shopping for a new or used truck {something that I hate to do}, and had heard lots of good things about Toyota trucks.I went to several Ford and Dodge dealerships but wasn't overjoyed with their truck hate to do}, and had heard lots of good things about Toyota trucks.I went to several Ford and Dodge dealerships but wasn't overjoyed with their trucks and was kind of pressured to purchase immediatly.I liked the Toyota trucks and the way I was treated! I dealt with Brandon by email,phone,and in person and never felt pressured to buy right now. He answered all of my questions and when I was ready to buy he walked me through the process. After buying I was shown how everthing worked on the truck. All of the people were very nice and friendly. I would reccomend Toyota of Des Moines to everyone! Clearly your employees go out of their way to make the customer experience excellent. we have owned three new Toyota's over the past years. THe service we get is excellent. If we have an appointment, it is always on time. I never feel High pressured. We came to Toyota of DM because our son wanted to look at the Scion XB RS. While my wife and I were waiting we decided we would like to get a Scion XB, which I've wanted for quite some time. We were not pr the Scion XB RS. While my wife and I were waiting we decided we would like to get a Scion XB, which I've wanted for quite some time. We were not pressured in any way, our questions were answered politely and completely, sometimes before we could ask them. When we asked about how to get the Scion XB, Steve provided comparisons for buying and leasing and explained the pros and cons of both. Our decision to lease was an easy one to make, and Steve guided us through the process, introducing us to the finance manager who was also pleasant and low pressure. Overall, it was an excellent experience - I've never had such a pleasant and enjoyable sales encounter in my life. Everyone we met at Toyota of DM made us feel like we were among old friends. Bottom line - we leased our Scion XB, and our son leased the Scion XB RS, and we are all very happy. More

My previous leased car was totaled in a crash. Terry went out of his way to make sure I loved the replacement vehicle. I was able to upgrade to the xle camry. I had a wonderful buying experience in Toyota Scion of Des Moines. They got me a loan/financing when all other dealerships turned me down. They even gave me a reasonable APR.
