This is our second Prius from Toyota of DSM and the second time we dealt with William Godwin. We trust him to be honest with us. After getting home with our new Prius we aren't 100% sure we got the best price for our older Prius which is why we ranked it a "4". I dealt with Brandon by email,phone,and in person and never felt pressured to buy right now. He answered all of my questions and when I was ready to buy he walked me through the process. After buying I was shown how everthing worked on the truck. All of the people were very nice and friendly. I would reccomend Toyota of Des Moines to everyone! We came to Toyota of DM because our son wanted to look at the Scion XB RS. While my wife and I were waiting we decided we would like to get a Scion XB, which I've wanted for quite some time. We were not pr the Scion XB RS. While my wife and I were waiting we decided we would like to get a Scion XB, which I've wanted for quite some time. We were not pressured in any way, our questions were answered politely and completely, sometimes before we could ask them. When we asked about how to get the Scion XB, Steve provided comparisons for buying and leasing and explained the pros and cons of both. Our decision to lease was an easy one to make, and Steve guided us through the process, introducing us to the finance manager who was also pleasant and low pressure. Overall, it was an excellent experience - I've never had such a pleasant and enjoyable sales encounter in my life. Everyone we met at Toyota of DM made us feel like we were among old friends. Bottom line - we leased our Scion XB, and our son leased the Scion XB RS, and we are all very happy. More
My previous leased car was totaled in a crash. Terry went out of his way to make sure I loved the replacement vehicle. I was able to upgrade to the xle camry. I had a wonderful buying experience in Toyota Scion of Des Moines. They got me a loan/financing when all other dealerships turned me down. They even gave me a reasonable APR. We live in CA and needed car, quickly, for our daughter at college in Iowa. Called their number and was connected to Jason, who answered all of our questions on logistics for an out of state purchase. Keep at college in Iowa. We checked locally and online, but couldn't come close to matching the great deal and super car Jason located for us! After incredible patience with our lender (unreasonable requirements and restrictions), Jason and the team at Toyota of DM cleared the way for our purchase.
