Exceptional Service This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. It turns out that my vehicle was close to its 60K service, too. Ian gave me the option to choose the services to have completed. This allowed me to determine how much I could afford at this visit. He thought it would take most of the day, which would have caused an issue with picking up my son from school, so he arranged for a loaner. His focus all around was me, the customer. I appreciate that. More

Trust and honesty We have gotten our cars serviced here for 14 years. I trust their advice and service. Never have I doubted that I need the recommended services. I always feel like i am collaborating with the service center to keep my vehicle running smoothly. If they say I really need something NOW, I believe it because they don't push unless something is urgent for my safety. I like how they keep me updated on things to consider for future appointments so I am forewarned, for example my brakes may be nearing the time to replace, but are in decent shape now. We are looking for anotber vehicles, so we are shopping around. We visited another dealership today and I saw the difference in professionalism right away. Thank you for the effort you put in to training consistent customer care. More
Service Had my car in today for 20,000 mile service. Check in great with David, check out delay once car back into bay 15-20 min. Talked to cashier they have not received paperwork. Of course, there was no charge and we needed to get going, so thought about getting in my car and leaving, although I did not. David was working his butt off, checking cars in. He finally got to us, do I blame him, No. You do not have enough staff working that area in the morning. At least 4 guys behind the glass and they should have called for additional help or helped out themselves. I have had 5 Toyota’s and I hear the ad it is great to be number 1, but I can tell you, you have sold so many cars you cannot efficiently handle the setvice. Do I love my car, yes. Do I love the service hassle no. I might seek someone else to service my car after warrenty is out in another 5000 miles. In addition it took us 17 min to turn off of 141 due to traffic at 7:10 am. More
