This dealership provides excellent service. My vehicle was due for service and I had been informed that I should get brakes when I came in this time. It turns out that my vehicle was close to its 60K service, too. Ian gave me the option to choose the services to have completed. This allowed me to determine how much I could afford at this visit. He thought it would take most of the day, which would have caused an issue with picking up my son from school, so he arranged for a loaner. His focus all around was me, the customer. I always feel like i am collaborating with the service center to keep my vehicle running smoothly. If they say I really need something NOW, I believe it because they don't push unless something is urgent for my safety. I like how they keep me updated on things to consider for future appointments so I am forewarned, for example my brakes may be nearing the time to replace, but are in decent shape now. We are looking for anotber vehicles, so we are shopping around. We visited another dealership today and I saw the difference in professionalism right away.
