I find the website difficult for scheduling work, then when you arrive, they ask you what you’re there for, and I sometimes feel like I’m forgetting something, and as a result they don’t do it, despite th when you arrive, they ask you what you’re there for, and I sometimes feel like I’m forgetting something, and as a result they don’t do it, despite the fact that I scheduled it ahead of time, and simply forgot a detail when I dropped off my car. Why don’t they just read back what I'm scheduled for and confirm that is what I want? Otherwise I think they do a good job, and I like receiving the inspection videos. More

I was surprised to have to wait 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation and cabin filter.... The cabin filter was suggested by the service representative after one hour and after I agreed to that, it change, tire rotation and cabin filter....
