Very disappointed with the lack of communication with me during the process of replacing my engine. Brock was my contact person. I was called every day for 3 days with the estimate going up with each call during the process of replacing my engine. Brock was my contact person. I was called every day for 3 days with the estimate going up with each call and the excuse that he didn't realize there was more involved!! The 1st day it was going to be $15000 then the next day he called and said that he spoke with the mechanic who wasn't there the first day he called, and said that there was additional charges he didn't think about and the cost was now $16k!! Then the next day he called and said there would be additional charges and the cost was now going to be $18k!! I would call for status updates and never heard from him!! If all the service reps are this inept and lazy, I don't know that I care to do business there again!! More
