They called the wrong number and no communication the whole time my vehicle was there. Called the service department explained I had not heard from anyone and another hour later nothing. Had to get a rid whole time my vehicle was there. Called the service department explained I had not heard from anyone and another hour later nothing. The reception was great and people were friendly. But the tire pressure light was on after we drove away and called back right away but couldn't talk to anyone. They didn't know why the light was on (part of maintenance was balancing tire and checking spare) and the representative said he'd like us to bring it back.
