My oil change was done within a half hour this time. Normally it takes 1-2 hours, so we left to watch basketball, 3pm on Friday. Normally oil change experience is fine. As I arrived for my appt, I was met with a young gentleman to inquire about my car issue. He listened, had me go to the lounge, until my car was assessed and adjusted. Pick up and deliver service makes it so convenient for me. They send video of maintenance work showing me service points to watch for upcoming repair work. Just recently, when I incorrectly went to the parts dept. counter to pickup my car after being serviced, the helpful gentleman working t and helpful.
