Our interaction with Toyota employees was fine. What was not fine was that after our 2023 RAV4, with only 12,000 miles parked in our garage would not start, causing us to require roadside assistanc What was not fine was that after our 2023 RAV4, with only 12,000 miles parked in our garage would not start, causing us to require roadside assistance to get started so we could drive to Toyota for service. We then learned that the battery required highway speed miles to keep it charged. First, that is a terrible design, and second it is quite frustrating that information was not shared with us at the time of purchase! More

My 2021 Corolla hybrid requires a special size 12 volt battery that only the Toyota dealership has. I expected to have to pay a very high price but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was right in the pr battery that only the Toyota dealership has. I expected to have to pay a very high price but I was pleasantly surprised to see it was right in the price range of other commercial batteries. Service was good. My only regret is that I didn’t get any technical information regarding the battery’s performance capabilities. More
