I’ve taken my truck exclusively to Toyota of DSM, and nowhere else, thinking I was getting top notch service (and I’m willing to pay for it). I’ve been taking my 2002 Tundra there since 2007. We were i nowhere else, thinking I was getting top notch service (and I’m willing to pay for it). I’ve been taking my 2002 Tundra there since 2007. We were in the process of replacing the front struts only to find out the frame is rusted out in behind the right front tire (which you could visually thru the wheel well). I paid over $200 for that advice. I took it to Merrill axle and they spent 10 minutes under the truck with me what needs to be replaced and why the frame rusted out where it did. Turns out that the condensate just drops on the top of the frame and nobody suggested extending a tube to below the frame, so it ruined an awesome truck. In 2011 my frame was inspected by Toyota of DSM, and now I find myself in a difficult situation. I still think Toyota makes the best vehicles, but I’m less impressed with the service department. I’ve gone from a strong advocate to questioning where I need to go for service. More

I have always been pleased with service I have received. Unfortunately has hard as your salesman tried he was unable to provide the vehicle we were wanting. I like the video showing that you do everything and it was quick done within an hr which is nice. I would get my car serviced there every time but sometimes you have to get the time weeks in advance wh was quick done within an hr which is nice.
