I was driving back from California to New Hampshire, my car broke down, I had no idea what was wrong with it, Toyota at Des Moines gave me a quick appointment, they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a car broke down, I had no idea what was wrong with it, Toyota at Des Moines gave me a quick appointment, they quickly diagnosed the problem, gave us a courtesy shuttle to and from a hotel, fixed the problem efficiently and quickly and we were back on the road. Every staff we interacted with from the first call onward, are excellent professionals, I highly recommend them, you can't go wrong, they do a great job. More

I took my car in for 15,000 mile service early bc we like to have the oil changed more frequently. When I scheduled online, it was for an oil change. When I arrived, it hey asked me if I wanted the 15,000 mi to have the oil changed more frequently. When I scheduled online, it was for an oil change. When I arrived, it hey asked me if I wanted the 15,000 mile included service without telling me that it did not include an oil change. They reset my oil indicator light on the dash and put a new sticker on the window w/updated dates and mileage for the next recommended oil change. When I got home and we were reviewing the paper work, it turns out that they did not change the oil. I think it is dishonest and misleading to reset the oil life indicator and change the sticker without changing the oil. When my husband called to inquire, the service manager told him that I declined to pay to have the oil changed. This is not true, at no point did anyone tell me that an oil change was not included in my maintenance nor did they ask me if I would like to elect to pay for a service that wasn’t included. I am dissatisfied with the misleading nature of resetting my parameters without having completed the implied service. I’m furious that the service manager lied to my husband about a supposed interaction. I would like to add that the staff I interacted with at the time of the service was very friendly and the ambience was clean and professional. More
