I’m not happy with the attention or service provided for me at Toyota downtown because the person that attended me was not professional. I took my car to device at 5:54am and told me my car would be ready i me at Toyota downtown because the person that attended me was not professional. I took my car to device at 5:54am and told me my car would be ready in 1 hour and a half and I told him that I will wait for my car. After 2 hours of waiting for my car, I asked if my car was ready, he said that he was going to check my car and 20 minutes later I still haven’t gotten any information about my car. When I I asked him again he was very rude and I asked for the Manager to talk with him he just replied to me that he did not the name. Finally, after I was able to spoke with the Manager my received my car after 2 hours and fifty minutes. When I received the car I didn’t get the report of the service and I was told to wait again without an explanation and 10 minutes later I received the paperwork. I understand it might longer time but they need to comunícate better about the timing so I can plan my time better. Thanks Daniel Perez More
