Every customer seemed to be getting treated differently while I was there. Waited a few hours to be helped even after asking for a specific salesperson. Gary was fine. I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to I was told it was a 2-3 hour wait for an OIL change.. He said they would get me a ride share to go home for the wait and I never got the ride, had to call a Lyft myself. The wait needed up being 5 hours. I arrived at 9:20 my car wasn’t ready until 2pm… you basically have to call off a WHOLE day for a oil change.. it’s ridiculous. More
