He was amazing. i went in for tire pressure issues. Not only es he able to replace a missing cap, but he provided me with an extra one. I had an issue with a previous service so this time I just mentioned it to the service manager Ricardo Rodriguez. He was so kind and understanding of not only my issue, as it related to me, but as it rel just mentioned it to the service manager Ricardo Rodriguez. He was so kind and understanding of not only my issue, as it related to me, but as it related to the company as a whole. Ricardo really made me happy that I have chosen Toyota of Downtown LA as my dealership! And not only that but they were also able to complete the service and all other maintenance on my vehicle in considerably less time than estimated! I truly can not say enough about how impressed with Toyota of DTLA I am, service staff, sales, and management are just the best I've experienced in any company not just in a car dealership, I wouldn't take my business anywhere else!
