Maria Arroyo was extremely helpful , accommodating and easily accessible . She was in contact when needed, and explained all steps perfectly. However, when I picked up my car on Saturday the 10th around 3.30 I stood waiting at the podium set up at the entrance. It was unattended. There was a guy squatting against a pillar 10 feet away who said nothing. I waited for about 5 minutes and went inside. When I came out again the same guy I saw who said nothing was now working at the podium. I approached and he just stood there saying nothing. Finally I asked if I was in the right place to pick up my car. Didn’t say anything but “ go to the cashier” and turned away. Great customer service after dropping 1 k at your dealership . More

From start to finish, everything about my visit to Downtown Toyota was a great experience! Jimmie checked me in and made sure that he understood everything that I was hoping to have done with my Camry Downtown Toyota was a great experience! Jimmie checked me in and made sure that he understood everything that I was hoping to have done with my Camry. He updated me periodically on what still needed to be done for the 90,000-mile check up, what was still perfectly fine on the car and didn’t need to be replaced, and how much longer I could expect to wait. I was also very impressed by the lovely lady who worked so hard to make sure everything was clean and looked nice throughout the waiting area, which offers a variety of seating/work-station options…PLUS there was great background music playing! For an afternoon spent sitting at a car dealership, this was unexpectedly very pleasant! :) More
