The buying and finance process was surprisingly easy and fast—did most of it online as I live almost two hours from their location. Customer service was excellent. There was a snafu where the vehicle I was purchasing, and which I had placed a deposit down, was sold by another salesperson. It was very disappointing and frustrating to learn of this, but I understand that mix-ups happen. Maricela notified me right away and personally called me to apologize. My deposit was immediately returned. The next day, to my surprise, a sales manager from Toyota Gladstone named Muhammad, offered the same vehicle to me for purchase—because of a particular detail, the buyer was not able to acquire the vehicle. Finalizing the purchase agreement online was very quick and easy. Their finance representative, Bryan, contacted me soon after to go over some options. I then reviewed the finance documents, again online, and signed them digitally and submitted them on their official platform. The next evening, I arrived on site to inspect, test drive the vehicle and finalize the deal. Their staff was friendly and professional and quick to help. Everything was ready—the vehicle, and last documents to review and sign. I was in and out in about an hour and very happy to receive my new vehicle! Thank you to Maricela, Muhammad, and Bryan!
