He interrupted me multiple times and wouldn’t let me talk. The store manager was equally unhelpful when we tried to resolve issues. We ended up with a leased car that had 40 miles on it instead of the 9 on the leased agreement. We also never received the required paperwork and had to return the next business day to sort it out. Overall, very disappointed with the dealership’s lack of professionalism and attention to detail. I have requested a call from a store manager, no one called me back. I think I should report some issues to DMV and BBB. More
