He was wonderful in explaining all the things and terms I didn’t know which I was thankful for because I’m not savvy in the world of cars. When the paperwork was completed he helped me adjust all the settings to my liking and made sure that I left the lot without me having to figure anything out. I would also like to note that I started my search later in the day due to always working late and he stayed at the dealership til I was all good to go and that wasn’t until about 11pm or so. After the purchase date the follow up service has been wonderful and I feel that if I were to have any issues in the future I wouldn’t hesitate to call him.
