Becka Stern did a great job selling me my jeep! Everyone I met at the dealership was very nice and professional. I live two hours away, so I called and first spoke with Jesse, I asked him to go out Everyone I met at the dealership was very nice and professional. I live two hours away, so I called and first spoke with Jesse, I asked him to go out to the car and look for door dings, chips in the windshield, and to see if had belonged to a smoker. (I hate that smell in a car) . He called me back, told me everything both good and bad about the car, and we made a deal over the phone. When I told him I couldn't make it up to Portland for two days, he said not a problem we will hold it for you, but he was leaving on a vacation and would hand me over to Becka for when I could come up. When I made it up in a couple of days, I was met by Seth (a manager) he was very pleasant, he introduced me to Becka, who showed me the jeep, told me to go take it for a test drive, and have fun... I got back, we breezed through the paperwork (I had already made a deal over the phone, so there was zero haggling) and I drove it home... Very easy way to purchase a car... More

She knew her vehicles and could answer ALL our questions. She was so friendly and easy to work with yet very professional. I would highly recommend her as a great salesperson !!! Then there is Seth that located the exact RAV4 I was looking for !! I changed my mind about the interior and went the next day to let him know. He was more than happy to continue his search til he found what I was looking for and it was delivered 2 days later!!! He also was so professional and friendly.
