The staff are all polite and professional. The waiting room is clean and comfortable. I've been coming here since I first bought my car 7 years ago. I believe that only necessary repairs and maintenance is done on my car. All the procedures are explained to me. Repairs are done right the 1st time. I took off a star bc almost every time I come in for an oil change and tire rotation, I'm there at least 3 hours. I feel it should be under two hours, especially since I always have an appointment. Aside from the wait, everything else rates a 5 out of 5. More
