Great Experience I walked on to the lot looking for a used car. My budget for a used car. Kevin approached me and walked me through all the used cars. When he got a sense of what budget I was drawn to, he asked if I'd be interested in taking a look at the new cars. Long story short, I ended up with a new 2020 Camry SE. I absolutely love it, but I appreciated not having the pressure to purchase from Kevin, nor his manager Fin Finley. They went over all the details and even offered to let me take the car home for a few hours for the ultimate test drive. I ended up leaving and came back the same night, because I felt confident. Kevin went out of his way to help me and get everything done in the timeliest matter and simplest form. I am a happy customer and look forward to bringing my vehicle back here for all it's services and future vehicles. More

Buying a Prius Prime This is not my first purchase at Toyota of Lancaster but it is my first for a Prius Prime. After 600 plus miles, I am very happy with the car. The buying experience was excellent based on the first contact with the salesperson and his manager. I was not satisfied with the loan/paperwork process, as always it takes far too long. This was a cash purchase and it did not appear that the dealership was busy so the wait time should have been reduced. Finally, it seems that the window etching is not explained very well or not mentioned at all. I should not have agreed to it and can only blame myself for accepting it. A cautionary tale to take your time, don't arrive tired, and carefully review the options that a dealership may tack onto the sale. The dealership must make money to stay in business, but this is bordering on fraud -Webster's definition - and should be stopped. This issue alone may cause me to consider a dealership out of the area when I'm in the market for a new car in the future. More

It started with the website inquiry which led to a sales team member (Eddie Alvarez) reaching out to me about my inquiry. We arranged a time for me to come and see the inventory. There I was introduced to Joe Garrido who helped me get the best deal possible. The team was very accommodating as I needed to make a few trips to finalize our deal. But once everything was in order we met Eddie Gonzalez who also excels in great customer service. My overall satisfaction with these men is beyond. Disappointed with Safety and Health Demonstrated I was very dissatisfied with the claim of "your safety and health is our priority" service due to COVID 19. I wore my mask for respect of the employe I was very dissatisfied with the claim of "your safety and health is our priority" service due to COVID 19. I wore my mask for respect of the employees but didn't get the same respect. Personnel working in the service area NOT wearing masks or wearing a mask across their chin only as they walked through the service area. Front Office personal socializing in the service lane not wearing a mask. This is not making my safety and health a priority. It also made me wonder about my car needing to be disinfected. there was no one was in the service lane when I drove in. I had to leave my car and go find someone to do the intake for my car even though I had an appointment. I was assigned to Kiara Santos who wore her mask while checking my car in. I wanted a different grade of oil for my vehicle. I was told they couldn't get the oil by the time they closed at 5:00 and I'd have to make another appointment. After seeing the lax of protection and mask wearing of the service personnel I did not want to return so I had them put in the standard grade of oil. I waited in the sales showroom for my car to be finished. All sales personal wore a mask and wore it correctly along with customers viewing the vehicles . I appreciated their respect for each other and for the customers. Whether you or the employees personally believe masks can make a difference, to the current health concerns due to COVID 19, should be demonstrated by wearing one at work. Just because you work on a vehicle and not directly with the public doesn't mean employees should have the option of wearing a mask. I have been a customer of the Toyota of Lancaster Service area for 8 years. This is not the service I have come to expect and the respect that needs to be shown to all people. More
I was very disappointed in regards of lack of service on my 2020 corolla,I had called in to make an an appointment to have my fuel gage checked,I felt that is not reading reading right.So I had a actually a my 2020 corolla,I had called in to make an an appointment to have my fuel gage checked,I felt that is not reading reading right.So I had a actually appt.i didn't have any other service to my car,they specifically knew what my apot,was about.The very second I spoke to a service rep.I informed her what was going on with my vehicle. It felt like I was being discouraged from having my vehicle checked.A lil reminder I had and appt.So I was told it would take 2hrs,fine i was good with that.So I checked on my car approximately 2hrs later,and was informed by the desk clerk,that no 1 had looked at my car,and it would still be awhile before anyone looked at my car,due to some staff out to lunch.I was very very disappointed at that point because I had an actual appt.to have my car looked at.I wasn't there for any other specific service,then asked to have my gauge looked at.So I felt it was a waste of my precious time,i felt extremely disappointed so I pulled my car from the service area..That I feel was very unprofessional 🤯🤯 More
