Rodrigo Rojas was great, Floor Manager has some learning to do on how to deal with customers. He seemed upset at my requests while I was trying to work a deal that would be comfortable for me with a car I was n do on how to deal with customers. He seemed upset at my requests while I was trying to work a deal that would be comfortable for me with a car I was not 100% satisfied with. He literally snapped and walked away to not be seen again. I understand you have a car to sale but you should be more preoccupied with making your customer feel comfortable and satisfied as that is the only way they will purchase a vehicle! More

Got my Tundra serviced, oil change etc. without an appointment and they were done a couple hours. Very professional. Was on the fence about using dealer for service once out of warranty but I think I’ appointment and they were done a couple hours. Very professional. My appointment was for 8:30 a.m. I did not leave the dealership until after 4:00 p.m. I had to do the calling to find out what was going with my car. it seemed that nobody cared that my time was valuabl dealership until after 4:00 p.m. I had to do the calling to find out what was going with my car. it seemed that nobody cared that my time was valuable and did not inform me about how long the car would take. When I met the service dealer he informed me that the process would take about four and a half hours. I'm very very disappointed in the service I received from Toyota Lancaster. More
My wife and I have spent some time at the dealership and had no issues. I/we like 99% of the staff we have ran into or dealt with.
