Hi Mr. Cariglio, According to our records, on your last visit, you had concerns with intermittent BlueTooth/GPS sound loss. We performed a hard drive reset as a first step repair. The shop foreman drove your vehicle after the reset and could not duplicate the concern. If the issue is persisting, then please document it, or come in while you are experiencing it, as this will help our technicians in determining the appropriate diagnosis. We understand that these processes can be frustrating and time-consuming, but we have to have a precise diagnosis before a repair.
